SMMEMFULL:"RAM" and not receiving messages

When I receive about 30 messages or so no message will arrive and I get the
following message SMMEMFULL:"RAM" on the debug console. And I would have to
unplug and plug back the modem in order for it to work. Is there anyway
around the problem? Here is the config file I'm using

Can you post logs of incomming messages?

It seems kannel is not deleting messages from modem memory after
reading them... You might need to modify/check your CNMI command.
