SET data_coding as 1 in submit_sm

Hi,
I am using kannel sms gateway 1.4.4
One of the SMSC is supporting charset ASCII with DCS = 0x01.

How to send a message with charset ASCII with DCS = 0x01 in kannel.

alt-charset is the option in smsc group for default charset section for
smpp connection.

NOTE:
If possible upgrade to 1.4.5 for easy configuration.
